While starting at the young age of 10, Hanna Dhillon has dedicated more than half her life to lifting weights at the gym. She is a 3 time champion in the Canadian Olympic weightlifting Junior National Championships, while actively competing in wrestling and track and field where she also excelled. She has worked with many athletes and regular adult. She has helped individuals achieve a more toned appearance as well as individuals wanting to put on a bit more muscle. Hanna Dhillon will help you achieve your goals by creating consistency and good habits to ensure lasting results and pushing you to your limits. Sometimes all someone needs is a mentor to watch over them at the gym, motivating you and keeping you safe while reaching your goals. Hanna Dhillon is a mentor to many young athletes and females and she continues to help individuals meet their various goals and needs.
